Beauty Tip Summer 2026

 Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 

     Someties life seems harder than necessary. Different personalities, circumstances, situations, values, beliefs, and lifestyles quickly create chaos when we think things should move forward smoothly. Just about the time you get "it" figured out life throws you another curve ball that feels like a dagger in the heart and before you know it you seem to be going backwards, again. 

     God's plan for you was never meant to be difficult, disappointing, or disparaging. His great love for you is designed to do just the opposite: it is easy but at times challenging, it is rewarding but sometimes stretches you, and it is uplifiting but at times causes you to have to do some real soul searching and self-evaluating. 

     The one thing you can always rest in, is the fact that His love-plan for you is designed to bless you. It is a good plan. It is a plan of hope, dreams realized, lives blessed, and a fantastic future. However, it is up to you to decide whether or not you are going to seek His plan. 

     We as childern of God can go off and do our own thing. (Raise your hand if you're guilty. Mine is lifted high.) Or, we can prayerfully seek Him and His will. He is a kind gentleman and let's us choose. Like us as parents, He puts the truth and what is good before us. He teaches us right and wrong. He shows us the best way and then He let's us decide. When we make the final decision we have no one to blame for the crooked road(s) in life but ourselves. 

     There are, however, times that we are doing exactly as we understand Holy Spirit telling us. And the decisions of other people we are tied to through birth, marriage, friendship, business and ministry create opportunities for us to continue trusting God or to step over into our own understanding and perhaps make a mess out of something that was only a pause or learning moment in His plan. 

     In 40+ years of walking with Jesus there is one thing that I know for sure, He created a plan for me before I was in my momma's womb. Because He designed the plan specifically for me I know that it is a good plan; a plan that is powerful and effective for doing Kingdom exploits. His plan designed specifically for you is good, powerful and effective too!

     If your plan includes making money, make it to advance the Gospel of Christ, and to help the widows, orphans and poor. Your blessing will not be left out. If your plan includes teaching, teach with excellence and incorporate truth and teaching about Jesus. Living for Jesus is what life is all about. If your plan is in design, design in such a way that people are inspired to be masterful in all that they do. 

     If you don't know yet what God's plan for you is, ask Him. He wants you to know. I feel confident in saying that it is summed up in what you LOVE to do. Because that is just how good God is. 

     When you are in doubt of the life you are living, seek God. He is the Master Designer. You will not be disappointed in His plan.
