The best thing you can do in the middle of heartwrenching and mind-wrecking thoughts is take them captive and turn them into thoughts that focus on the truths of God. Scripture says, "Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things." Philippians 4:8

The battle is either lost or won in the mind. Choose victory by thinking on these things.

Whether it is a unfaithful husband, a obstinate boss, a critical friend, a prodigal child or a judgmental neighbor, forgiving is the one choice that you can make that will bring you the healing that is needed. This is the 2nd hardest aspect of beauty to give regular attention to. However, it probably demands less time than any other aspect. A little exercise goes a long ways for all of us. Unless you are an exercise enthusiast, it can be easily put off. Any form of moving is better than no moving. Cleaning house, chasing small children, bedroom fellowship, and grocery shopping are a few things you can do that will help you maintain your physical good health. Choose to be a body in motion rather than a body that sits a lot. You are Woman Beautiful!

Wouldn't it be nice if the image to the left were a reality?! Money is a root-- it either reproduces by our wise management or it causes all kinds of problems, especially between husbands and wives and people and creditors. We've heard it said many times "not to live above our means." If we are using credit cards to make purchases and we are not paying them off each month then we are living above our means. It is okay to tell yourself, and others, "No!" The day will come when you will be able to tell yourself "Yes!" It will be worth the small and very temporary sacrifice. You are Woman Beautiful!    

Dare to do something out of the norm -- say "No!" to casual sex. You are not some guys alternate go-to. You are more valuable than that! And if you are using some guy for sexual release, stop it! God loves you and He has a better plan; a rewarding, fulfilling, and completing plan. You are Woman Beautiful!
