MENTAL & EMOTIONAL BEAUTY
Take your thoughts captive. The mind battle we fight everyday is not physical but spiritual. It is not seen, but unseen. By taking our thoughts captive, making them obedient to Christ's thoughts or truths, we are literally warding off the accusations brought against us and the haughty overbearing mannerisms of others along with the stronghold they may have on us. Do not be defeated by entertaining lies that have camouflaged themselves as truth. You are Woman Beautiful!
Physical Beauty demands less time than the other 5 aspects of beauty. Don't make it a drudgery, make it fun! Do some kind of physical activity at least 3 times per week: walk, bike, hike, swim, or workout with a friend. You will be a healthier and happier you if you will be consistant in exercise. Praise God, you are Woman Beautiful!
Learn to tell the difference between a need and a want. Dare to put off wants. Save for them rather than putting them on a credit card. It is okay to tell yourself "No!" The day will come when you will be able to tell yourself "Yes!" -- almost every time you want something. It will be worth the small and very temporary sacrifice. You are Woman Beautiful!
Dare to do something out of the norm -- say "No!" to casual sex. You are not some guys alternate go-to. You are more valuable than that! And if you are using some guy for sexual release, stop it! God loves you and He has a better plan; a rewarding, fulfilling, and completing plan. You are Woman Beautiful!

Beauty Tip: You are creating your future today. Create intentionally!
Each year ending, in December, I begin to evaluate my goals; considering what I've accomplished throughout the year and what I want to accomplish in the new year. In 2018 I have decided that I am going to be intentional in much of my life. Intentionally keeping track of the money I spend/use; intentionally loving others well; intentionally setting goals; intentionally decluttering my life and organizing each area of it.
I don't want to reach the end of life and have it full of "What if..." and "Why didn't I..." questions. I hope that you do not either.
I want to encourgae you to be intentional. Set goals: relational, mental/emotional, spiritual, physical, financial and even sexual.
Make this the year that you declutter, organize and reach more goals than you've ever reached before!
You are Woman Beautiful and I delight in praying for you.
